2. Click on “Click here to start your free search.”
3. Click “Name” at the top left, under “Tract Indexing”.
4. Type Avonlea in the “Search Name” field, hit enter.
5. Click “AVONLEA SUBDV” on the search results page.
6. Click on the “details” link to the left of the “RESTRICT” file to view and print the deed restrictions.
